Scout BSA Troops are organized, managed and lead by adult volunteers and the youth in the program. Adults are needed to make sure the Scouts have the resources needed to succeed and the Scouts themselves actually run the program itself. On the menu to the right you will find the various positions available and the descriptions of what is expected of each. These are broken down into youth and adult positions. Adult positions are further broken down into program and committee positions.
